Since 1992 all our products are certified organic.

Our grappa is certified organic

Obtained by distilling organic grape marc in small stills in a bain-marie.
This is called the discontinuous method: it is the best extraction method and guarantees an extraction that respects the aromas of the grape.

Ingredients: pomace of organic grapes.

Productive process:
traditional in bain-marie stills.

Maturation:
in 225 liter Slavonian oak wood, medium toast

Aroma: vanilla, tobacco and candied fruit.

Taste: Elegant and persistent

How to best enjoy it:
Perfect after a meal. It should be served at room temperature.

Alcoholic degree: 43% vol

Format: 50 cl.
